Hi to all,

Will the 708 do a vin learn for a 2006 Buick Century for a RDS radio? I have a customer will a locked radio. Or do I need a GM TEC2 ? OR is this a reflash? Mitchell says to erase the lock code then turn off the IGN and back on and it will relearn the Vin won't work for me.
